Frequently Asked Questions

Everything teachers, schools, and districts ask before getting started with Stanfield.

Pricing & Quotes

How much does Stanfield cost?
Stanfield+ is $999/year and includes 60+ programs — Circles, Transitions, BeCool, LifeSmart, and more. Stanfield Pro is $1,299/year and adds the AI teaching tools on top of everything in Plus. Individual single programs are also available — see the pricing page.
Do you offer district or multi-school pricing?
Yes. Districts and cooperatives with three or more teachers get custom pricing — contact us and we'll put together a quote for your sites and seat count.
Can I get a formal quote for my school?
Absolutely. Reach out with the programs and number of teachers you need and we'll send a written quote you can take to your purchasing department.

Free Trials

Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan comes with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. You get full streaming access to the programs during the trial so you can use them with real students before deciding. Start a trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. When the 30 days are up you can purchase to keep your access — by card, purchase order, or check. If you do nothing, access simply pauses.

Purchasing — PO, Check & Quote

Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes. We accept school and district purchase orders. Send us your PO and we'll provision access and invoice your district on standard terms. Contact us to get started.
Do you accept checks?
Yes. We accept payment by check as well as credit card and purchase order. We'll send an invoice with remittance details, and we can turn an approved quote into an order whenever your district is ready.
How do I turn a quote into an order?
Once your district approves a quote, send us the approval or a matching PO and we'll convert it to an order and provision your seats. No need to re-enter anything.

Seats & Licences

How do seats and teacher licences work?
A school or district account holds licences that you assign to individual teachers. Each teacher signs in to their own account and gets the programs included in your plan. Admins can manage who has access from the school dashboard.
Can students use Stanfield?
Yes — students join through a teacher-generated PIN. Student access is anonymous by design: no email, no date of birth, no student ID. That keeps the platform aligned with FERPA and COPPA expectations.
Can parents or homeschool families subscribe?
Yes. Stanfield Home gives parents and homeschool educators full streaming access to the program library. See the homeschool page.

Streaming Access

How is Stanfield delivered?
Stanfield is 100% digital streaming. There are no discs to ship and nothing to install — you sign in from any device with a web browser and stream the videos, guides, lesson plans, and printables. Everything updates automatically.
What's included beyond the videos?
Every program comes with teacher guides, ready-to-use lesson plans, worksheets, and printables — plus built-in progress tools. It's a complete, IEP-ready curriculum, not just a video library.
Do you offer AI teaching tools?
Yes — the AI tools (IEP goal drafting, lesson customization, and program recommendations) are part of Stanfield Pro. They are a Pro feature and are not included in the base Plus plan.

Accessibility & Privacy

Is Stanfield accessible?
We design for accessibility and publish our current status, including known limitations, on our accessibility page.
How does Stanfield handle student privacy and FERPA?
Student access is PIN-based and collects no personally identifiable information — an advantage for FERPA and COPPA compliance. Full details are in our privacy policy and security & trust page.
