Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days. Free on orders over $500.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery. Additional charges apply.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping times and rates vary by location. Please contact us at hello@stanfield.com for international shipping quotes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.
Digital Products
Digital downloads and Stanfield+ subscription access are delivered electronically. You will receive access information via email immediately after purchase. No physical shipping is required.
Returns
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging
- You must have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Digital products that have been accessed cannot be returned
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at hello@stanfield.com or call 805-897-1185 to request a return authorization
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage to help us process your claim quickly.
