At the James Stanfield Company, we stand behind the quality of our educational programs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Physical Products (DVDs, Kits, Print Materials)
If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for return instructions.
Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, purchases of digital downloads are generally non-refundable once accessed. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
Stanfield+ Subscriptions
Stanfield+ subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
After the trial, subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time:
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
- Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 30 days of a paid annual subscription, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, cancellation will take effect at the end of the annual billing period.
Institutional and School Purchases
For institutional orders (schools, districts, organizations), refund policies may vary based on the terms of the purchase agreement. Please contact us directly for institutional refund inquiries.

Please include your order number and the reason for the refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products returned after 30 days
- Products not in original condition
- Products damaged by the customer
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded (unless defective)
