At the James Stanfield Company, we stand behind the quality of our educational programs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Stanfield+ Subscriptions
Stanfield+ subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
After the trial, subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time:
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
- Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 30 days of a paid annual subscription, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, cancellation will take effect at the end of the annual billing period.
Individual Program Licenses
All products are delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital content, individual program licenses are generally non-refundable once accessed. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
Institutional and School Purchases
For institutional orders (schools, districts, organizations), refund policies may vary based on the terms of the purchase agreement. Please contact us directly for institutional refund inquiries.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@stanfield.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
